Richard founded Storm Games Ltd in 2002 and has been the ultimate driving-force behind the company's success ever since. Under his visionary leadership, the company has grown from a start-up into a respected player in the industry, known for its innovative products and commercial performance.

Responsible for the management and progression commercial operations, including identifying new business opportunities, driving revenue growth, and developing strategic partnerships, whilst simultaneously creating a harmonious workplace for the team.
Storm Games is owned by Primero Games Llc with original founder Richard Sheldon, and ex Blueprint CEO, Darren Breese, retaining a share holding.
